All products produced by platine are freshly baked from all natural ingredients. All items are produced in house and made by hand from original recipes developed by chef Jamie Cantor. We cater to a clientele who appreciates great food with a little whimsy, and we love to introduce them to our sophisticated twist on old favorites. • Since tins are made to order, we need 5 business days from the date you place your order to get the cookies to your door.
• We typically ship via 2nd day air with no signature required to ensure timely delivery and freshness. Should you require a signature upon delivery, please let us know.
• To ensure freshness, cookies should be stored in an airtight container for up to month.
• To retain freshness, cookies should be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week; alternatively, cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
